Deleting your account

You can delete your Dormant account yourself, any time, in two taps.

In the app

1. Open Settings. 2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account. 3. Confirm twice. We ask twice because it cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Immediately and permanently: your profile (name, major, age, photo), your friend list and pending requests, everything you've marked Going or Interested, your location setting, your invite link and who used it, your purchases, and your sign-in itself. Flyer photos you submitted are deleted too. Private events you created go with you; public ones stay on the map (other people may already be going) with your name removed.

What stays

Payment records stay with Stripe or Apple for as long as the law requires; once the account is gone they carry no link back to a Dormant account.

Without signing in

If you can't get into your account, email hello@dormant-app.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it by hand.
